Zargis Cardioscan Package - Includes the 3M™ Littmann® Electronic Stethoscope Model 3200

This is in response to the previous review... ARE YOU SERIOUS? I am a physician and I don't even have one of these! If you bought one of these without any training or expertise then you need to take it to your doc and make him buy it from you. I am an Internal Med (hospital based) physician and there is NO reason for a patient to buy any type of stethoscope, EVER. You aren't trained and you won't know what to do with any information that the program gives you.... Unless you have copious amounts of disposable income, you got robbed.

Canon VIXIA HF S30 Flash Memory Camcorder with SuperRange Optical Image Stabilizer with Powered IS

Camera works great - mechanically & electronically. Menu is non-intuitive and a struggle. Touch screen works - once you know what you need to to. .MTS video files are *extremely* limited in what you can do with them. Software is absolutely terrible. Crashed in Windows 7 (64 bit). Without the software, camera is fairly useless. So steep learning curve and crappy software.Would probably be great just to take videos and play as AVCHD native format. Or if you already have or are willing to find and buy a H.264/AVCHD capable editing package. I'm really disappointed that Canon neglected the software; farming it out to a third party with miserable results.Microphone is pretty good. HD video quality is pretty good. IS is good, too. So, TAKING pictures is very good - unless you need to use menu. (macros haven't turned out well - but I need to dig into the menus to see if I'm just missing the right settings - jury is out on them)I hope that I will eventually find a way to fix the contrast of the video I took this week. But that should be *bang* right there in the high quality software that a thousand buck camcorder provides. Its not.Boooooo.

Forever Rest Premium Massage Chair w/body scan, BUILT IN HEAT(TOP OF THE LINE) 10yr. Warranty (Black)

My husband bought me this massage chair as a christmas gift! Its an amazing chair, however, after just one week we started having a problem with it. After your 15 min increment is over and the chair automatically shuts off, the chair continues to vibrate. The only way we could get it to stop was by unplugging the massage chair. We've called the company and they say they've never heard of this problem before, to email their customer support (which we did) and have heard nothing back in weeks!!! My husband continues to call them and leave messages for them to call us back so that we can get this very expensive massage chair fixed and they will not return his phone calls. How do you spend $2,000. on a massage chair and it doesn't work properly after one week and then customer service doesn't want to help?!?! Very Frustrated!!

COAGUCHEK XS SYSTEM

The Coaguchek XS is relatively easy to use. The set up is a little complicated so watch the instruction DVD carefully (it's similar to setting up the time on a digital watch). I purposely picked this model and brand because it's the one my cardiologist use in his office in lieu of traditional and painful venipuncture blood draws. However, if your PTINR is too high you will get an error message. However, even the lab testing won't give you an accurate INR number if it's greater than 12. They'll just tell you it's greater than 12 and you have to go to the hospital.

New Massage Chair Shiatsu Recliner *body scan*built in Mp3 player, & w/Heat Therapy* in Beige carmel color

I purchased this item solely for a minor lower back problem, I must say it's really a beautiful piece of furniture, very well put together and sturdy up to this point. The delivery company that handled the Transport of the chair was SPOT ON. Really nice, flexible, and on time with the delivery to my home. But as for what I purchased it for, I was very disappointed. Grant it it does the body scan when turned on, and goes to the lower part of my back, but I can hardly fell I mean hardly fell the massage mechanism when it's actually messaging. Also there are air bags in the seat but they do absolutely nothing, the picture on the remote says it's working that area but nothing is happening. The foot, calf, and other back massage is adequate. But that is not the real reason I purchased the chair.I would not recommed this itemNew Massage Chair Shiatsu Recliner *Mp3 player built in*body scan*Heat Therapy* in Creme Ivory color

Human Touch HT-125 Robotic Massage Chair, Cream Leather

I've had my chair for a few weeks now. In general, I like it. But before you buy it, test it out. The channels for your calves are quite narrow. I doubt grown men could use this feature. Also be aware that on this model, massage functions stop at the upper neck and don't really do shoulders or neck. It's a little noisy as well... the leather squeaks while in use. Won't bother you, but might bother others! All that said though, I am enjoying it and it's my unwind before I go to sleep at night.

Sony L Series VPCL232FX/B 24-Inch TouchScreen Desktop (Black)

RIght out of the box-BAM! it all worked it and I was completely amazed. The speakers blasted, the picture blazed and the processor whispered. Super fast, super good and the touch screen was accurate. I wanted to put surgical gloves on to keep the prints off but they wiped clean. No doubt that this is the best on the market.

I've been using this notebook for about two weeks now and I'm very happy with my purchase. It is stylish with narrow bezel and at only 3 lbs, is really portable too.It doesn't come with any dvd drive, but that is actually a plus for me since it doesn cost any extra weight and I rarely use dvd drive anyways.Looks like a solidly built equipment.

Amethyst BioMat Professional (with Health Provider Discount)

I purchased this item direct from the company...but this is a good deal. I love my BioMat and I use it everyday for my clients at my healing center. They love the warmth and I know it helps them relax and relieve their body aches..at the very least. Very well made, but too heavy to lug around unless you are a strong person. Mine came with a great carrying case so I would inquire if this distributor supplies that if that is something you need. This size fits perfectly on a standard massage table. The degree of warmth is adjustable for your comfort.

Philips HeartStart Home Defibrillator (AED)

It is irresponsible for people that do not know about this, to post in your site any opinion about something as important as sudden death. There are two people in your site (both of them signing as EMTs), saying that an AED is not so important to prevent sudden death.I am a cardiologist and have been training people in Emergency Cardiac Care for years now and can say that they are absolutely wrong. I have no relation with any AED manufacturer and all of the FDA approved ones are good.VF and VT are the cause of most sudden cardiac deaths. About 80% of people who dies suddenly have this arrythmia as the main cause. Just in the US, every year die more people of VF or VT than of car accidents, house fires, breast cancer and prostate cancer together. This does not mean that to have a HeartStart AED in your home is as good as controling risk factors or going to a hospital if you have chest pain or shortness of breath. But, if someone in your home has a heart condition you can save them with an AED if you act in the first 8 minutes after cardiac arrest. The AED is a very effective device if used well. You should also learn CPR but, without defibrillation, the chance of surviving is a lot less.In places like O'Hare Airport in Chicago they save about one person every two weeks using defibrillators. No one can affirm that all AEDs WILL save lives. But they could. It is not indicated for everyone but, for someone who can spend $1500 and have a heart condition that make them prone to sudden…

Inada Massage Chairs HCP-10001A(BR) Sogno Dreamwave Massage Chair, Dark Brown

I was looking for a massage chair because I love getting massages and don't like go to a massage therapist because I hate asking for them to focus on one area, the time constraint of the session, and would like to get a massage whenever I want, however long I want. I am a self described bargain finder and I often like to shop around and compare prices/services. I looked at other brands such as Human Touch, Brookstone, and Panasonic for a massage chair before making a decision on purchasing the inada sogno. I know this chair carries a heftier price, but it is well worth it. This chair is like your personal massage therapist/chiropractor. I was impressed by the fact that it customizes to you - it scans your body with infrared to find problem areas that will be focused on, depending on which setting you chose. There are a variety of settings, but the chair is easy to use, even for a non techy person such as myself. After using it approximately 5 times, I found that you can adjust the intensity of the arm and leg massage or pressure, which is nice after you work out and need a little extra or less. I usually am very tense in my neck and shoulder areas and this chair can loosen me right up after a 15 minute massage. It truly is just as good or better than getting a massage from a massage therapist. It also is nice that this chair comes with a 3 year warranty for everything to be covered completely, except for cosmetic stuff, whereas the other companies offered anywhere from 90 days…

Nikon D7000 16.2MP DX-Format CMOS Digital SLR with 18-105mm f/3.5-5.6 AF-S DX VR ED Nikkor Lens

Hundreds of general reviews of the D7000 have already been written, so instead of trying to reinvent that wheel I will address specific issues that people who are thinking of upgrading may find helpful. If you currently own a D80 the upgrade is a no-brainer. Just do it, you won't regret it. If you're using a D90, as I was before, you may be considering the upgrade to a D7000 a bit more skeptically.I am a serious amateur/hobbyist with more than 50 years of experience in photography, and have progressed from a D50 to a D80 to a D90 (each owned for two years), to the D7000 purchased two months ago.Initially I wondered if the upgrade from a D90 would really be worth it. Well, it definitely is. The D7000 isn't an upgrade to the D90 in the traditional sense that we tend to think of upgrades, it's a whole NEW CAMERA. The improvements I'm most impressed with that matter most to me personally for my kind of photography?1. New sensor with greater dynamic range and superior high-ISO performance. The first DX body to come close to approximating FX cameras in these areas.2. New 39-point AF module that puts the D80 and D90's 11-point AF to shame in AF-C and makes easy work of any kind of action photography. Not only faster and more precise autofocusing, but also a significantly improved method for quickly choosing different AF modes.3. Improved layout of buttons and controls on the body, but with a nearly identical menu structure to the D90 that makes it easy to learn and implement everything,…

Human Touch HT-136 Robotic Massage Chair, Cashew Leather

I purchased this massage chair as a gift for my wife. It is a very attractive piece of furniture, made of high quality materials. The massage functions are comprehensive, and can be customized for whatever ache you are feeling. The controls offer several varieties of massage technique, massage width, and stretch controls. The leg/foot massage function is OK only. Overall, however, it adds to the experience of the chair. The chair is big. You will need a fair amount of space for the auto recline and stretch functions. Also, their are some spots on the back that can't be reached by the chair's massage functions. Not a major defect, and I'm not sure that any other chair is better, but still requires a human massage every so often.

This chair reliably provided me 2 years of naps, relaxation, mobility improvement, and tension relief. When you realize the expense of a chiropractor this chair is a bargain. Kirby Sentria Upright Vacuum

I endured 4 hours of sales talk and vacuum demonstrations during which the young sales woman knocked my wooden valence off the window, broke my fan, and jumped on my antique fainting couch. Nevertheless, I traded her my $600+ Dyson for the Sentria when her manager, also at my home, brought the price under $1000 and threw in 2 free attachments that aren't included in the standard package.I have had the Sentria for 5 weeks. I now remember why I bought that Dyson. I hate bags! With 2 dogs in the house, bags fill up quickly. After 5 weeks, the bag is about 1/3 full and the Sentria has lost significant suction. Also, the bag stinks like dog, and the smell is 10 times worse when the vacuum is running. What made the Sentria attractive to me was the hose for the attachments. My biggest complaint about the Dyson was the spring coil hose. It was unmanageable and took a bit of strength to stretch it to its full length. This was a problem for me because I have neuropathy in my hands and arms. The Sentria's hose is much more flexible and stretches out easily. In retrospect, I wish I had kept my Dyson and either put up with its unmanageable hose or bought a 2nd cheap vacuum for attachment use. If you don't mind bags, the Kirby is a good vacuum though I think it's over priced even at the $970 price I paid.
